The cleanliness of the swimming pool was commendable, and I enjoyed a refreshing swim. The convenient parking right in front of the hotel was an added bonus. I'll highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the Trentino region.

A short drive away, Riva is accessible for a dose of city life. the spacious car park and proximity to a big supermarket offer convenience. Clean and quiet rooms with basic amenities, albeit outdated, give a comfortable night’s sleep. Breakfast is decent with friendly staff ensuring a pleasant start to the day.

The unmannerly and unfriendly attitude of the female receptionist on arrival was a jarring experience.

The hotel is located in a beautiful area with lots of possibility for outdoor activities. The view from our room was breathtaking, especially since it snowed on Christmas day! The staff was friendly and helped us book a reservation at a nearby restaurant that had amazing local dishes. The Christmas decorations in the lobby created a cozy atmosphere.

The hotel was outdated and the rooms were in need of renovation. The heating in our room barely worked and the bathroom was not very clean.
